It's hard to calm your heart when you are tyrannized, hurt, insulted, and underestimated. The feeling of wanting to reciprocate with a more cruel one will surely ring the heart, but be aware that without us responding God will reply perfectly.
The point is, Don't repay evil with the same ugliness, don't let us be tempted by emotions, let the evil be God's business.
And if God takes care of it, then surely the reward given to him will be more perfect.
So remember, wherever and whenever you control your heart wisely and patiently. Even though it's difficult, learn! Because by continuing to learn, of course everything will be easy. Do not arrive when we are tyrannized, treated unfairly in any form, then we do dzalim also to him, because if we are like that then we really have the same tyranny with him that we consider to be tyrannical.
Do not let when we are insulted or underestimated, then we apply the same thing, because God does not like it very much.
And when God doesn't like it, then don't expect goodness, blessings, and love to be cheap and abundant to pour out on us.
Then fear is to be shunned by God, afraid not to get God's love, fear if God ignores us, because without God we can do nothing in living this life.
And about him who we think is bad, let him be proud of his actions. Our task is just to continue to be patient, because God's treatment for us has been recorded fairly.
Take care not to follow the dzalim, guard your heart from not hating, and guard your heart from vindicting it, because without our reply, Allah will reward it.
Because God will never remain silent seeing us in tyranny, and besides, if Allah is the recipient of it, then his vengeance will be perfect.
Just give our hearts enough calmness, patience and sincerity that is the feeling that we must keep on in our hearts.
Why? Because when we are patient and sincere, then goodness for the good of God gives us.
