I am sure that 99% of you have ever heard about protein shakes. Many have even taken them.
Most of us know that it is a supplement and therefore it is natural. That is, protein shakes are produced from milk whey.
Everyone regardless of their objective, their body composition, their physical activity, age, etc. It needs its daily ration of kilocalories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates (apart from the rest of micronutrients: fiber, vitamins, minerals ...)
The protein shakes are not bad being of quality, the harmful thing is an excess of proteins. If we need to consume 200gr and we ingest much more ... we will have serious problems, but they are not problems by ingesting shake proteins but by an excess of protein in general regardless of the shakes.
