I woke up this morning feeling down.
Sometimes when I get this way I end up thinking lots of negative thoughts. These get me down even more.
Going through my healing process, I learnt about how thoughts and feelings could shape one's life and reality. And how thinking positive thoughts can go a long way in changing your current reality or situation. Now I try a little hack every time I start to feel down: I mention and think about things I am grateful for.
This has helped me get through a lot of these so called "Down Moments"
Here are 3 things I am grateful for today:
1. I am grateful for waking up today
2. I am grateful for the people in my life who love me
3. I am grateful to God for not giving up on me 🙏
