I recently listened to Atomic habits: An Easy and proven way to build good habits and break bad ones by James Clear. I wanted to listen to this book as I often procrastinate quite a lot in my every day life and wanted to see how I could become more efficient in my personal life. This book was really insightful and showed me how I could make little changes and create new habit that will lead to a more efficient lifestyle.
The book looks at four simple laws to help set and maintain good habits, these are:-
Make it Obvious
Make it Attractive
Make it Easy
Make it Satisfying
Some of the individual habits he suggests can seem a bit obvious at times but I think until someone else tells you what you should be doing; it's not really something that you really consider actually changing. Sometimes it takes having it said to you in black and white for it to register properly within yourself and for you to then start to consider how you can start to bring these habits into your everyday life.
I would recommend listening to this book if you are looking to make small changes to your life that could make a huge improvement.
