Democracy in its current form makes no sense in the conditions of modern mass communication.
Who is actually the President? Who are the members? It's the guys that represent our interests. Why our interests at all someone has to present?
Because we won't all fit at the helm. So time after time we have to vote for hundreds of tested types that will come back and take the decision for us.
It seems that in the Internet age it absolutely makes no sense. Now everyone can represent their interests himself.
Why do we need to vote for people who will make decisions if we can in a couple of clicks to vote for the decisions themselves?

It is obvious that he system of voting on each separate matter in which simple and accessible to all residents vote should replace the "power".
