STEEM to Fiat: STEEM now listed on LocalBitcoinCash.org.

That is the title of the post by the Steemitblog yesterday here.

I was hoping it would be possible to easily buy STEEM with fiat but that's not the case.

It's a website where you can exchange fiat for Bitcoin Cash (and vice versa) and then change it to STEEM on the site.

Trades can be done via escrow using methods like a bank transfer, or users can meet each other locally, which is common on the platform.

Personally, I would never meet anyone in person to exchange fiat to crypto but I guess if you have no choice it's an option.

I wonder if people will use it.

Dlive transparency report.

Dlive released their first transparency report where they talk about the members of the dlive team and their goals here.

The primary focus of this team is to develop The Next Generation of Live Streaming, and Video Community on the Steem Blockchain. We strive to offer the best experience as a content creator and a viewer. This platform was built for the community.

They also talk about their self-voting habits.

A hot topic as of late, is the rewarding of our team members. We have read all the feedback in regards to this topic and have made changes to our team's rewards structure. The goal of our management team, is to keep the team rewards to 10% of total rewards through upvotes.

I thought that was interesting because I always wondered how Dlive can afford to exist with no beneficiary rewards.

The openness is very nice.
