Two weeks ago, I stepped into hot coals while making a video with my DJI Osmo stick for Steemit.
I thought it would be brilliant to film myself flipping the coal starter full of hot coals on camera.
But while viewing life trough a tiny screen I didn’t notice the hot coals that missed the grill and landed on the ground.
Like a true professional cameraman, I was about to make an amazing 360 degrees turn around the grill in full 3d. But 10 degrees into my amazing turn I was stung on both feet by something. It felt like a bee sting.
It got worse and worse to the point where I started screaming and threw myself on the ground. I got footage of this but it's the type of stuff you only find on the dark web.
The hot coals were burning their way deep into my skin and I slammed them off with my hand. But it was too late, the damage was done.
I have not been able to walk properly for two weeks now.
In those two weeks, I have learned to approached good feet.
In fact, It's in complete agreement how I think one should appreciate everything in life when you have it.
I'm adding good functioning feet to that list now. I just didn't realize this before.
It's truly amazing how often you use your feet on a daily basis.
So when you read this story and your feet are fine you should take a small moment to appreciate them.
Also, appreciate your brain for not being an idiot that grills bare feet.
Thank god my brain is coming back tomorrow :)
