I met up with Fabio today.
We are going to prepare the biggest piece of meat I ever seen on the Green Egg for my birthday.
He works close to a great Ramen shop in Rotterdam.
So we decided we combine getting the meat with a lunch.
Fabio knows food and he introduced me to Ramen.
I loved the stuff.
It's a beautiful broth filled with goodies.
It looks Stunning.
The cool thing about this place is that they dry age their noodles.
I know you can dry age meat....but noodles....man that's next level noodle caring.
We went to Butcher Schell and we got the goods.
I said goodbye to Fabio and drove home.
I carried the meat inside and Bianca laughed.

We then painted the House of Lords (as decided here) but we quickly realised that it would require 2 coats of paint and we didn't have enough.
We drove to the shop to get more and on the way back realised there was a fare in town.
We checked it out.
I tried to win a stuffed animal for Bianca in one of those grab the toy with a crane machines.
But failed miserable.
But then I redeemed myself in a much more manly way.
I was so proud.
I didn't know I had a good aim.
Can't wipe the smile of my face.
Bianca selected a plush cow.
It's probably the closest i'll ever be to being a hunter gatherer :)
