When in Rome eat like a Roman.
Hence one final 100% Dutch meal to fill the engine before it will be flooded with the staple of Brazilian food:
Rice and Beans.
Now I happen to love rice and beans after Bianca introduced them to me so I'm not worried about the food.
But sometimes when you are in another country you do miss that good old home cooking.
And for me it's Dutch food.
And in this case: Potatoes with carrots, fried onions and bacon all mashed together with two meat-boulders and gravy.
O yeah!
That will put the cravings away for a while for sure!
