Today i would like to write something about the effects of overconfident, actually i have seen its result in negative always. I will proof it why the result is in negative only?
From 2008 to 2018 i was in a Ltd. company, actually i was working there and was in broadcast department, which was the oldest system integrator before 2010 in India hence. This company has worked in most national as well as regional news channels, in fact this company has integrated all broadcast equipments over there but due to over confident now this company is out of market in broadcast project fully and i came out from this company in Feb 2017. If well established company can be out from market then you can understand the effects of overconfident. Actually this company was showing itself that this is the only player in market hence never changed its old market strategy and finally got vanished.
Second example is related to my daughter because i got a complained from her class teacher and it was in this manner Sir! your daughter knows everything but never practice much hence scored little less in half yearly exam. The teacher told me that sometimes she becomes overconfident hence happens this.
Means power of users can change anything, as public can change government in next election.
So be confidence but never overconfident...
Mind it it could apply everywhere..
