On the other hand, doing yoga while you’re menstruating could bring about some unforeseen and often embarrassing situations. But although some would discourage women from doing yoga while Mr. Monthly’s in town, one woman believes it can be a rather positive thing to do, despite the obvious risk of blood and other bodily fluids leaking out in unfortunate circumstances.
