Hey guys,
So I know this woman who is 82 and (you have to believe me on this one) does not look a day over 60... she looks 20 YEARS younger than her age!
The other day I saw her in a party and a group of us where talking and I asked her how she has maintained herself so well for age. Her skin, her figure (looks like a very well kept 30 years old!), her energy and stamina.
Her answer:
I DON'T DO STRESS
So now my question is, how do you not do stress? I feel like I'm drowning is stress on daily basis. Just to mention a few of the things that cause me stress:
- a 3 years old daughter (any parent will know what I mean)
- own business
- expanding the business to new location
- not having time to get to the gym and train
- employees off sick
- high season for our business with at least 30 new email enquiries that I need to go through a day
- not having time to spend any quality time with husband
- no time to clean the flat and my cleaner is on holiday.
Etc etc
So now I'm super intrigued to know how you can go around and not do stress? Like HOW?
Dying to know your thoughts and any tried and tested methods that you have in order not to stress!
