The word is vague and adds little to no value, commonly misused. Recommended to replace or, even better, remove from the statement.

Lacks specificity, doesn't communicate the subject being spoken about. Use something that properly describes the thing/stuff being talked about.
I FEEL / I BELIEVE / I THINK
Makes the person speaking sound unsure, lacks confidence in the subject matter. Suggested to remove from the statement.
WAS / IS / ARE / AM
Too passive. When making a statement use an active voice, displays more confidence.
VERY
Poor way to communicate, been called one of the most useless words in the English language.
