A Beautiful Hanukkiah
This is a beautiful Chanukiah or Hanukkiah placed in a mall in Altamonte Springs, Florida. One of my favorite things about Florida is that I can prepare for the upcoming Jewish holiday of Chanukkah with ease. I always cherish my winter trips to Florida, as I love feeling so included. Though I will be returning to the Northwest in a few days. What a blessing it is to have been here this last month.
Shopping For The Grandkids
It is fun to shop, when there is a selection of things to buy. Still have some more shopping to do. Will finish up Friday. Hanukkah or as we usually write it Chanukkah is an eight day celebration of light which begins on December 12th this year. It is also called The Feast of Dedication. It is a wonderful family time and it remembers an important event in Jewish history. I will share on the holiday itself as it gets closer.
