At the risk of sounding like an old grump, people suck!
When as a society did we all become so rude, so self centred, so ignorant, so selfish and so switched off to the reality of it all? I struggle with this because at the core, I’m not a mean person. I feel as though I have no choice but to be rude as well or risk being walked all over or pushed around.
I think it’s so sad because we should be uniting and working together, rather than wasting time and energy on being petty and rude to each other.
Here’s hoping things change and we start to show compassion to our fellow human rather than hate. Everyone we meet is going through something we know nothing about, a smile or kind word could be all that person needs to keep going.
