There are times when you feel like you're going nowhere, and life has no point. There are times when you feel like you are living just for the sake of it. You wake up in the morning, brush your teeth, take a shower, drink your coffee/tea, go to work, return home, have dinner, watch television, go to sleep, and rinse, and repeat.
There are times when you feel that there is a void space inside your heart that cannot refill. There are times when everything is messed up, and your heart gets in ache with the mere thought of starting it all over again. There are times where you lose grip over life and feel like you can't go on.
There are times where you put all your energies and efforts to correct the voids and bring it all back to the stable state, but no matter how hard you try, you end up in the same spot where you left to start it all over again. There are times when you cannot keep going and keep everything together and have a life that you were meant to live.
You think and wonder and write and read and try to win over the subconscious battles of the mind, but the negative thoughts have made such a vast grip over you that you feel difficult to escape it all.
Maybe the pain of separation from your loved one is getting intolerable, you are tired of failures in your career, you feel lacking behind from others, and you feel exhausted from your daily life. And maybe instead of going away, all these problems are letting you restless and consuming away your peace of mind bit by bit.
But then, even amidst all this, you must realize, it's all an ebb and flows, a constant dance of love, joy, sorrow, sweet pain, that is up to us to make a balance with and every second of the life worthwhile. You must realize that no matter how hard the situation is, another day dawns and you're still here, the reason being life wants to give you another opportunity and make it all again, life wants you to pass all the tests gracefully and come out to be better, the reason being life wants to give the best to you and bring in the best in you.
All you need to do is, hold on, and trust the timing of everything. All you need to do is, control your thoughts, and believe in the power of Almighty. All you need to do is, get up each time you feel like you need to give up.

1. Love Yourself
You often stop loving yourself when you're stressed and out of your mind. You stop doing things, that interest you, you stop watching T.V., playing indoor outdoor games, doing art, craft, paint, listening to music, doing exercise, meditation, yoga, and other fun-filling and relaxation activities.
You even isolate yourself from other people, stop hanging out with friends, and watching movies. You do not take out time for yourself even once in a while. You think that you are doing all this to get out of the tough situations in life and make it better for you. But the thing is, by doing all this, you get yourself into more trouble and disappointments in life.
Rather than stop loving yourself during the tough times in life, you must love yourself even more. You must pamper yourself, buy gifts for yourself, get into creative activities, go to travel, and do other things that interest you. You must take out time for yourself from your busy schedule and rest, go for a walk, cuddle under a blanket, sleep extra 15 minutes, listen to your favorite songs.
Giving time to yourself, taking care of yourself, and loving yourself will make it easier for you to fight the complicated battles in life. Your life comes in order when you do not give up on your creative side and make the most of it in difficult situations too.
2. Be With People That Add Happiness To Your Life
At times of stress, the influence of negative people around you puts you in even worse situations. Your choice of happiness is influential to the people in your lives. Hence, you must find a positive social connection to keep yourself happy, enthusiastic, and away from all the negativities.
Not only at times of stress, but you must also surround yourself with positive people all the time. Positive people have a genuine nature, they do not only care about themselves, they care about others too, and they care about you. Hence, their presence is in your life is integral to the extent beyond imaginable.
When you surround yourself with positive people, you feel good, and that you can meet your goals. Also, you are likely to acquire traits of the people with whom you spend time. Hence, surrounding yourself by positive people helps you encourage move ahead in life and gives you the strength to come out of the tough times gracefully.
