I live in one of the most progressive cities in the world! In my city everyone is valued, respected and catered for.
If you need an example you only need to take a look at this image I photographed. You see, Adelaide is so warm and welcoming even zombies are welcomed with open arms. So much so that the City of Adelaide even blocks off streets so the zombies are not hampered or endangered by vehicular traffic.
Ok, so in actual fact the Zombie Walk is a community event to raise funds for Foodbank SA. The walk is a free event which has some fun features like pre-walk DJ’s, best dressed competitions, media make-up FX applications and the ever-popular blood splatter tent where one can get splattered with blood no less! There’s an after party also which is where the zombie participants really let their hair down. The party incorporates food vendors and stalls.
It’s a great event and one in support of a worthy charity.
So, we don’t really welcome zombies of the flesh eating variety but charity-donating zombies are always welcome!
