- Find a way to work for yourself.
- Take some time in solitude - meditate, relax.
- Be grateful of what you have.
- Forgive easily.
- Make self-care a priority.
- Establish healthy boundaries.
- Exercise outdoors - dance, yoga, run, swim.
- Be aware of your self-limiting beliefs.
- Watch and read materials that are mind-expanding.
- Involve yourself with a like-minded community.
- Laugh.
- Choose to be in service to others.
- Learn to accept instead of judge.
- Cultivate healthy relationships.
- Be present.
- Be mindful of how you spend your energy.
- Breathe.
