Bendy Victorian Reflections
Here's my #monthlyauthorchallenge (SMAC) for today. See below for more info.
This is a good picture for a day in the life, since this is the window I look out of every morning. Reflected in it is my neighbours house. I live in a mews so it is directly opposite. Our properties are carbon copies of each other, except in reverse.
Do you notice that the middle bottom window pane has a very wobbly reflection? That's because it's the original Victorian glass and, in those days, glass was made by hand and so always had an uneven surface.
It's so much more interesting to look through than the modern flat surface panes.
