Recently, I watched “Odd Thomas” movie, based on the novel by Dean Kunz, one of my favorite authors, by the way.
Probably, you know that Anton Yelchin starring in it (he also played in "Like Crazy", "Alpha Dog," and recent "Star Trek" movies), died because of a "freak accident".
Yelchin stepped out of his car in the driveway, when the car slid backwards and pinned him against a brick pillar and a security fence, causing trauma that led to his death.
It made me think about so awful cases that no one expects. For example, an explosion from an electronic cigarette killed a man in St. Petersburg, Florida on May, 2018. Also, several years ago we saw an increasing number “freak accidents” when people died while taking a selfie.
Common prudence! This is the very thing that we must always remember about. Be positive and enjoy life.)
