Lifestyle - Obese and no workout at all. Always sitting at office. Eat everything such as junk food and snack the list go on.
Problem - My left knee is not good. I have the Cervical Knee problem so I can't do heavy stuff like jumping and jogging.
GOAL
I want to lose around 14kg before New year as a gift for my girlfriend and myself. So that would make around 3.5kg per month which is quiet difficult for me. However, I will try my best to achieve my goal.
Workout Plan (September)
Mon - Arm + Shoulder
Tue - Walking 4km
Wed - Chest
Thu - Cycling
Fri - Back and legs
Sat+Sun - Rest
Diet Plan
Since today I will start eating healthy food and avoid snack and cola.
Why posting here?
I just want to post it here as my documentary and evidence for my girlfriend. She ask me to lose my weight and I have been pushing my promise for several months. I think post it in public will encourage me to get serious about it, Plus, it is a blockchain that can't be edit or change so I think steemit is a good witness for my plan.
