We all want to find happiness but how we can we do that well it can be done but you need to change the way you think if you are the kind of person that always wants something really bad and then just gives up or when it obtains it just is not what it was imagined.
Well start by making a list of your objectives in life, wake early every day with a smile on your face :) and do some exercise, find people that make you happy i know it must be difficult but it really is simple when you wanna talk to somebody just go talk to them motivate yourself with the possible outcome of what might happen if you just talk.
