I used to believe, like the rest, that these trails are just normal stuff from jets. But jets pass by all the time, and don´t leave the trail. I am not convinced this is bad people spreading chemicals, but I do consider it rather plausible. I am not as yet convinced, as I am convinced the WTC towers were demolished from within, and tower 7 did not have any outside reason to collapse.
This is a rare phenomenon in Uruguay, much more in Montevideo, much more still downtown. I have seen these things in my life in the country and the city, but very very seldom.
