People do say that the day we separate religion from politics and or life's reality, that's when we'll have a progressive society and world at large.
The ideology makes little or no sense to me as the ideal definition of religion institutionalized by God is not even adopted, practised nor implemented in our lives in the first place, so saying that the exclusion of it in our lives would lead to progress doesn't add up intellectually.
In the real sense, it's until when we do away with man's designed principles as rule of law to living life and adopting God's stipulations as documented in his sent scriptures in exact accordance with the way his messengers/prophets lived an examples, that's when we'll begin to get things right.
Democracy and other similar man's self designed rules has never perfectly and can never solve humanity's problems, only God's rules can and that can only happen by following them keenly...
