To wake up early in the morning is the best habit to be active and dynamic all the day. We can enjoy different activities after rising so early, for example, morning walk, cool fresh breeze, snowy hills, greenery shining with dew drops, chirping birds, and especially one of my favorite sunrise scene.

I daily go for morning walk. There I feel pleasure and my all the day spends in a fresh and tension free mood. Morning walk brings internal and external happiness and freshness as well as good mental strength. 'it is the best source to get blood circulation of the whole body. Muscles become strong, and we can avoid different kinds of diseases. Morning walk at daily basis produces new blood and gives extraordinary body benefits and fitness.
Always try to take out time for a walk from their too much busy schedule
Some people pretend that they don't have enough time for a morning walk or they are unable to take out time for a walk from their too much busy schedule. This is totally wrong. In countryside areas, there are more chances to get refreshment because these areas are filled with green fields, and people can easily go for the morning walk in these fields. As compared to urban areas there are seen no green fields. So the scene in cities is totally different. They go to the parks or gardens for the walk. They also do light exercise.
