With how the everyday life and world getting more stressful by the day, no wonder people these days go crazy and can't relax.
I'm one of those people, with my web design work, daily errands, I get quite stressed out by the days end.
One of the best ways I calm myself is to take a "calming warm bath" when I get home.
My calming warm bath includes these Top 3 Items:
A. Apricot Fig Bath Salts
B. Lavender Essential Oil
C. Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Body Wash.
I apply all three into a bath tub filled with warm to hot water and let it mix around a bit before I go into the water.
And overall, it literally takes me stress and melts it away ... haha, until the next day, I do it all over again.
Does anyone else who knows essential oils well know any good specific uses of the above essential oils?
