Thank you. You've provided some very sound advice that people can learn from. I think point number 5 is the most important and one that so many people struggle with. If anyone can take this on board that there is so much in life that they have no control over but they spend time worrying about, which can lead to unhappiness. Just making this one change can drastically change someone's life.
I disagree with point 4, I think it's possible to enjoy life and generally be happy without having any goals at all. I agree that having goals can help with motivation, however, if someone sets an unrealistic goal then it's almost certain to lead to disappointment when it's not achieved
