I'm also AB+ and like to donate blood whenever it's possible. I just wonder how you can donate blood every month? At least in Finland you have to wait 2 or 3 months in between donations, depending on whether you're a male or a female.

Even if AB+ blood isn't that much in need as e.g. O-, it feels good to donate, as you mentioned, there are health benefits to it and I like the feeling of knowing that someone is going to benefit from the little thing I did. Donating blood is a such small but important act, people should be encouraged to do it more. Therefore, great post Hive account@adigiovanni!
