Finally the sandpapers that the employees here requested for a better productivity with their work. I won't discuss much about it but sure it was a great relief when they received those.
For more than a week now, I was assigned to time study the company's production (which should should be assigned to Industrial Engineers) into which was a tough job. I became an IE real quick.
It was actually a good experience though and I honestly love the job. I get to talk with the oldest employees of the company (working for almost 20 years now) and I learned a lot from them. They've shared their personal experience and the history behind the company.
Since the sandpapers were already distributed, I am certain that it will increase their productivity. For a couple of weeks, they have been using old stocks of sandpapers which were very difficult to work.
