Light painting, light drawing or light art performance photography is a fantastic technique for capturing dynamic creative images in which exposure's are made by waving around handheld light objects while taking a long exposure photo.
In my time as a photographer I never captured any light paintings, although after experiencing the work of Fade To Black I seriously wish I had been exposed to light painting sooner.
In the believe It or not moment of the month, light drawing actually dates back to 1889 when Étienne-Jules Marey and Georges Demeny are said to have traced human motion in the very first light painting images ever created.
Fade To Black is is currently in the midst of a 365 day photography project, where photographer's traditionally upload a new work of art every single day forcing themselves to drive their perspective and outlook of the world to new creative heights. To catch a Fade To Blacks 365 photograph art project you can follow any of the links below an image.
Some of the pieces of artwork offered in the collection of light painting master Fade To Black could have be used for a Matrix poster, EDM flyer or any futuristic far out television show/movie. Fade To Black has a unique perspective and a seriously fascinating imagination.
I'm looking forward to following this artist overtime and learning more about light painting photography. Fade To Black has been very gracious allowing me to blog about his style for the Steemit community. I'm very pleased to be able to introduce such a an amazing talent as well as too have the chance to expose a creative energy like Fade to Black to the Steemit platform in the spirit of introducing artist who actually deserve to take advantage of the benefits Steemit content creators can realize.
