I just got my own results a few weeks ago. I find the summary information to be somewhat helpful, but the "compare" tab data to be much more so. High level firmicute:bacteroidete numbers don't really tell you anything. It's getting to the family, phylum, species level that gives you actionable data.
My akkermansia count was also very low, so I'm currently supplementing with FOS to see if that will bring it up. If that doesn't work, cranberry extract has also been shown to work in mice, so that will be my next step.
I found this post very helpful in interpreting the data from my test: https://www.vitamodularis.org/articles/how_to_interpret_your_microbiome_data.shtml
