Recently I was chatting with a Steemit pal about feeling "stuck" in life, where parts of your life leave you feeling like there's no forward momentum, no personal growth. You can read her original post here. We've all been there: your job, your relationship, your health, your body, your family, your financial circumstances. When aspects of your life leave you feeling unhappy, those negative emotions can begin to crowd out the good things in your life.
And yet, we often do little about it. We know that we want to change, but find every reason not to make a start (And, yes, I realize that some reasons are quite valid for not making big changes). Our quick chat got me to thinking about how difficult it is to find the motivation or the willpower to make changes in your life for the better. I experience it routinely with prospective clients in my herbalist practice, and like everyone, have dealt with it myself in my own life. So I thought that I'd make a short video to talk about what I've learned about finding motivation and the will to change.
I'll work on getting a transcript put together for my website, and will leave that in the comments sections once I get it done!
