Me and a buddy packed up my car and drove to Savannah, Georgia, for a friend of ours' wedding. Savannah is roughly a 5.5 hour drive from Tampa, FL. We decided before we left that we wanted to make a stop in Jacksonville, FL, for both of us had never been there before.
While on the road, we saw some interesting sights! One, for instance, was a mail delivery truck...on another truck. I guess thats one way to travel around.
We made it to Jacksonville in roughly 4 hours. This coastal city is quite beautiful. It's not as big as other "big cities" that i've become accustom to, but nonetheless, still beautiful.

We got a slice of pizza while in town and then hit the road again, because what says pizza like Jacksonville??
We finally made it to Savannah at night. The next day was the wedding. Before attending, though, we decided to see a little bit of the scenery. Not the tourist-y stuff, but other sites. The REAL SAVANNAH.
(site of one of the oldest churches)
(hidden alleyway with 3 flights of stairs I found)

The wedding ended up being quite beautiful. Watching two people in love share nuptials is like nothing else in this life. Overall, it was a great trip and both Jacksonville and Savannah, Georgia are two cities i'd suggest to anyone.
One Love.
