“I feel your pain, we all hurt the same”
There’s so much sadness and upset in this world and today is the time that you can change that!
I have been a huge fan of Paloma faith since her very first song was released and she really is such an inspiration & her new album and the message behind it has astounded me.
It’s really got me thinking about how us as humans should take more responsibility for our actions and try and make this world a more enjoyable place for everyone. We owe it to the children today to make sure this world is good enough to be brought up in.

This is one of her songs that was written from the point of view of Mother Nature to Mankind.
Be kind, think about the environment, be empathetic, give back & be a part of the revoloution
Everyone can get involved it’s not going to take much to make an impact
It's the small things that make a difference and here's some ways YOU can make a change!
Talk to a homeless person, take 2 minutes out of your day to ask them how they got to where they are. Never assume.
Buy them some food.
The elderly lady/man you see walking up the street?

Ask how she/he is not everyone has someone to talk to & your words may be the only ones they hear all day.
Look after the environment
" You bathed in my waters until the dying of the tide"

Turn off the tap when you are finished using it-

Turn the lights off when you leave the room-

Always be kind to others-

Leave unwanted things outside of your house for others to take- Leave a note-

Check on your neighbour & have a conversation with them

You never know what your neighbours are going through and simply asking someone how they are can make such a huge difference.
Do something for someone without them knowing, surprise someone & try and do a good deed every day.
Be a part of the revolution & Stop the hate!
Do something, Say something.
Stop allowing people use Sexist and Homophobic language even if it's intended as an "innocent" joke.

Allow others to be who they want to be. Stop hating.
And more importanty always be you - Change for no one.
