I had this sugar rush and cravings the past few days . I have been craving for a lot of sweets recently and I know it is really bad for my health . I have been gaining weight and so I need to do some diet . But before that I should eat all the food that I want to eat before doing some exercises.
Last Saturday, my student treated me a birthday meal but since we have eaten a heavy lunch. We couldn't have any dinner so we have decided to eat some sweets before saying goodbye. Thanks to her I had a very memorable birthday . β€β€β€
