I have seen a lot in my little life of how we have come to waste the choices we have, we either prosper or are doomed by what we consider choice, where we are today is as a result of the choices we made yesterday. We live each by the choices we make and at times we make good ones and other times we make bad ones. I have made them and most times am proud of my choices and other times i regret them. We face this dilemma everyday and at time we wonder what to do with the choices that are in front of us
The worst thing we can do to ourselves is be afraid to make a choice. One friend once told me that i would rather make a choice and face the consequence of it , whether good or bad than fear making one and live with regrets for the rest of my life. Cowardice has no place in this life and we have to be determine to make something everyday, the scriptures say that a double minded man is unstable in his way and will receive nothing. We have to take a risk and decide how we will live this life.
To make good choices we need to have facts or follow our intuitions, sometimes we need faith in the decisions we are making. Life doesn't give you the road map or blue print of how things will unfold so we have to learn to figure out things as we go along and that require that we make bold choices. And most times our choices will mean we risk something, risk is part of living. To fall in love is a risk, to travel is a risk, to get a job is a risk and some of the risk we take can impact us for the rest of our live. We have to learn to accept the choices we make and improve on them daily and as we grow old we become wiser
Going back to the scriptures we are told choose life that we may live and avoid bad choices that our lives may be fulfilled. We have to learn to make the best of life and to live a life that will not destroy us but make us see the best of what this life can give, The question you have to ask yourself everyday is if i lived the best life today, did i improve on the person that i was yesterday. Live each day at a time and live it to the fullest. this is life and we only live once
