This is a typical scene today. 4-6" of snow. I spent 2 hrs. this morning shoveling out, you can get fined by the city if you don't shovel the sidewalk- it's something outrageous, like $50/ft. Morning commute sucked too. The good news is that it warmed up to 30F (-1.1 C)....
