This is my opinion as at the current time but I am aware that my feelings about this might change.
When you are starting a new routine, especially when it comes to work, some of your friends and family will say that you are working too hard.
I've read a couple of different perspectives on the subject and can see where both are coming from.
View one: As long as you are getting enough sleep, food and drink then work as long as you can. If you feel you are lacking in a skill of some description, then spending more time working on it might help overcome it. For example procrastination for me.
View two: Have at least one day a week downtime.
I guess both views can co-exist. After all, you could work all the hours for 6 days a week and then have one day off. But as I am thinking about my current life filters, maybe I don't actually need all day off.
That said my kids come first. As I only get to see them at weekends, I wont be interested in working. I mean I have written the odd Steemit post while they are both playing or colouring in but nothing that would require my undivided attention for a long period of time.
But now they have gone home I am thinking about either going to watch some live music, or doing some work.
I have written this post so I guess it counts as some work...
