Its another day visiting my garden, the weather has got a lot cooler, no sun and dull clouds. We can't expect to much as its coming close to the end of the season.
My first half of the Sunflowers are all blooming where the last half are still budding. I'm hoping the weather stays warm so my second half get the chance to flower.

I planted each seedling at different times but now I realise I started to late as now I may lose a few due to the season getting cooler, My second half may not bloom.
I have learned a valuable lesson this year to start growing my Sunflowers at least a month earlier, I will start in May keeping them in my greenhouse until they are strong. I will be planting a lot more to have a bigger Sunflower garden for next year. I want them everywhere.
I have a group of Sunflowers that are growing together, they have all the stages, Buds, Blooms and the next years Seeds on show.
I am very proud of all my Sunflowers and show them off at every chance. Its something I have achieved by myself and proved myself that I can do something in not totally useless, the words I grew up to from my parents. I never saw my father grow a Sunflower, even though oyr back garden looked like an allotment all year round.
ANYWAY
I love growing flowers, I get such a kick when I see my seedings push there way through the soil then grow strong to bloom a beautiful flower. I am pushing to do it even though I have chronic pain I try and do something I enjoy doesn't matter if I am in pain after, I feel as if the pain has helped me push so hard.
I have 2 choices , I either give up and be stuck in doors doing nothing or push a little harder and accomplish something that makes me smile. We haven't finished this years garden and I'm already planning garden 2022, I will hopefully have my own harvested seeds for next years Sunflowers.
I would also like to grow seedlings and seek a few, I am going to put a few on Facebook MarketPlace next year, If I don't sell any I will keep them, Just love the idea of my Sunflowers growing all over. I also want to throw a few seeds into a fences area that is around the corner. There are loads of trees, plus Blueberries etc so a few Sunflowers would look great. I will throw some in when the next season starts and continue to throw a few in every couple of days. They would definitely brighten that place up.
Well it's that time again, time to take the Parrot to bed then get myself to bed. I have a busy day planned tomorrow.
