Could we already read a couple days ago about a conspiracy regarding a missing Dutch girl here on steemit by 
Anne Faber went missing 14 days ago, when she was going for a bike ride at 1700 with bad weather coming up. In Holland at 1700 it is still very light outside, but a lot of people are judging the girl for going on her bike by herself. Growing up in the Netherlands, riding a bike as main transportation is very natural and in general super safe. Yes, I also admit biking back home 10 kilometers after volleybal practice at 2300, multiple times a week. We all do not know better, and this is normal to us.
Main suspect is Michael P, a convicted sex-offender on early leave because of good behaviour. He was convicted for raping two minors at gunpoint several years ago, but because of good behaviour, the Dutch system lets you go on 'integration-practise', which means you back into society.
Normally most of the news from my homecountry I dont really give so much attention to, but this case is different for me. The first reason for this is that Anne is such a normal girl with behavior we all did as 20ers. We do our thing, mind our business, and ride bikes to stay in shape and not having to exercise extra for this. So if this girl is taken on a rainy day at 1700 in the day, that could have been all of us driving home after a day of work, visiting parents in remote areas (at least mines that is)
Secondly, I do believe in a reintegration program for fellons. Very much actually, educating them, make their social network back in order as support for when they really get out. To me it is key for not dumping people out on the street after jail time, and saying good luck with that. But everything written above doesnt value any more once you are a sex offender, is my opinion. Once you are a sex-offender I truly believe you have a chemical disconnection in your brain, and it will only be a matter of time before your needs become your dark passenger again (yeah indeed, just like Dexter). Let's be honest, if your get two girls to satisfy each other at gunpoint and after that rape them, you shouldnt be able to ever ever ever come back in society, or is this just my humble opinion.
So today, we Dutchies mourn, an tomorrow we will ride our bikes again alone, because that is what we do. Sleep tight in eternal peace Anne
