Need I say more about this snap? Most of the times living in Lucerne is really a sweet place, but on the days where bussloads of tourists are offloaded, you'd better hide. OR sometimes even better, sit on a terrace and observe the scenery!
These days are really an invasion of people, which absolutely have no eye for others walking along them. When I was sitting on my little bench earlier in the week gazing over the lake, a dude came to stand before me at about 20 centimeters away. My eye height was literally at his assheight, and the dude was absolutely inaware that this might be an uncomfortable situation for anyone else.
And it is because of one reason. All these offloaded tourists have one thing in common
They are too occupied with their phones to notice what really is going on around them!
Often the #instahusband is tricked in clearing the scene for the perfect selfie and this will result in that people are actually blocked from walking the roads because of this 1 picture that has to be taken, or it will result in sceneries like the one seen above. I visited Lucerne and all I saw was my phone, but the city is beaaaaaautiful...check my insta!
It really is starting to turn into a weird world coming to think of this, and I also wonder how these people are interacting at home with each other.
