According to scientists, time travel is already taking place as we speak. Paul Sutter, an astrophysicist at Ohio State University, studied Einstein's theory of relativity by noting that traveling through time is just a factor of speed.
Sutter states, "The faster you travel through space, the slower you travel through time." And Einstein's theory says that time will either slow down or hurry up considering how fast you move 'relative' to something else.
You can travel into the future as much as you like. It's just a factor of moving really, really fast! You may be asking how can we move this fast? A very large rocket, Sutter predicts.
How fast we've been able to go has been measured by ultra-precise atomic clocks in jet aeroplanes. Many theorists believe moving forward in time is not the problem, but rather moving backward is were the trouble lies. This stems from the mathematical indifferences that do not line up with the physics involved.
