Hey, Stemmit! How are you?)
I want to tell you about cost for a new flat in my city. Im live in Kazan, its caled a third capital of Russia (after Moscow and Saint Petersburg). Kazan a big and spacious town, in european part of Russia. Here's live a 1.5 million people. The average monthly income is 30 000-35 000 rubles(500$ or 450€). Not so good, as we wish, but there are low cost of living. An example, payment for utilities is about 50-70$. Internet 100mbs - 10$ mounthly. Unlimited cell connection with Internet - 6$ mouthly. Cost of loaf of bread - 0.3$, 1 kilogram of cheese 5$, 1 liter of milk - 1$.
And what about flat? Ok, let's look at two options: expensive and cheap.

In this residential complex caled 'Barselona", in center of Kazan, two-bedroom apartment will cost about 110 000$. The apartment is in such a layout:

Total area of the apartment 75 square meters. Cost of 1 s.m=1466$.
Now let's consider the apartment is located on the outskirts of the city, but In a decent location. This residential complex is called "South park": (not the one about which you thought) =))

And here's apartment will cost you 45 000-48 000$, and will be in such a layout:

Total area of the apartment 55 square meters. Cost of 1 s.m=836$.
Expensive
