Always have all the notifications on your phone. Live with LOTS of people, and do whatever possible to ensure that you will always be interrupted. This will make it impossible to have the best use of your time. Being interrupted is not only infuriating But funny to have happened on a consistent basis. It will keep your stress level high. Therefore your motivation will also be high!
Avoid Quadrant II Tasks
Have you heard of Covey's work? In his book "The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People" He talks about how all your everyday tasks are in a quadrant. If you want to be less productive, you need to always AVOID those quadrant two tasks! These are the Important but not urgent ones!
This will make it help you be less productive, But also cause you to be more motivated because you'll get less of the important things done in your life.
Allow Yourself To Get Distracted
Sometimes we have those days where it's difficult to stay on task. We know we have a ton of things to-do, But we just don't want to do them for whatever reason. When you allow yourself to get distracted, you can be more relaxed and less stressed about all the things you don't want to do. You can then completely forget about the things causing you stress and pain.
