I Haven't been all that happy lately. I'm super stoked that my shirt business is growing so fast! But I've been exhausted getting 40 designs uploaded each day.

Uploading 40 shirts, So what?
Many people don't quite understand the work that goes into a shirt. Even simple designs may be heavily planned. And depending on the website, It might be a pain in the butt to get it uploaded.

1. Research a niche or an idea that could sell.
   Of course, you could take stabs in the dark. I still do that every once in a while. But you don't always get the sales you want. Although there is no guarantee, you'll get sales at all. But putting your shirt in a less competitive niche helps. You are more likely to get the sale, than if you just do another "cat" Shirt.

1. Create the design
   The funniest but also the easier to outsource part.

1. Upload the designs to the sites of your choosing.

2. Keyword research
   What are people looking up on amazon? How many people search for this? Is it worth doing?
   What keywords do I need to do, To give myself maximum exposure to my target market?
   

3. Come up with a title, Bullet points, Description and sometimes Tags.
   This is the part I dislike the most.
   It's so boring And doing this for 40 shirts; Many other business owners outsource this. But I'm too scared having someone I don't know in my account, Uploading stuff. Especially because I almost lost my account once before. So I try to be extra careful with it.

I miss doing the coloring books and posting more on Steemit! Which I've come up with easy ideas to make more time in my day so I can accomplish that.

After hiring and firing a bunch of people, I finally found myself a new employee that I'm excited about. He seems quick, And his designs are incredible. I did all these tests on his work, and he passed them.
I'm hoping with this new guy I can focus more on uploading than designing, And then I'll have free time to do things that make me happier! I do enjoy this shirt business but doing something so often starts to make it less enjoyable.
