Sometimes changing your life can be easy!
You make small changes that turn into habits. That eventually change your life.
Or you can make large changes more rapidly. But sometimes those have trouble "sticking."
Give Freely
Isn't it a pain in the butt to decide who deserves what? If you decide to give. Just give. Don't overthink on whether they "deserve" It. Be happy that you gave today and move on.
This can improve your happiness level because you aren't overthinking things.
Help No One
By this I mean, Don't give unsolicited advice. Or don't just jump in and help. When you give help that is sometimes not asked for, You are sometimes looked at as "fixing".
NO one likes to be "fixed." They may feel insulted, Instead of seeing your good deed.
You also may be making assumptions about the type of help that is needed.
This is a habit I have too. You see someone in pain, And you think you know exactly what would fix the problem. But sometimes you only see the surface.
Allow yourself to feel pain
Sometimes we shut out the pain. In this busy world, we may not take the necessary time to grieve. Allow yourself to feel the pain so you can move on and keep your mental health intact.
- Don't eat your pain away
-DON'T Shop it away - DON't hide it.
Feel it so you can heal your discomfort.
Don't fight your natural habits
While I'm all for changing your habits and improving your life. Sometimes silly small habits aren't worth changing. Instead, focus on Giving in and organizing around them.
I have a habit of throwing my empty water bottles (reusable) On the floor when they are empty. To solve this problem, I put a container on my floor. Now I can throw them into the container, And when it fills up, I can easily refill all my bottles. Instead of forcing myself to stop throwing the bottles on the floor, I can still do my bad habit, But now it makes more sense.
You can do that in every aspect of your life.
Avoid debt No matter what
Debt is terrible. Not only do you pay interest, But it causes unnecessary pain and constant heartache. Avoid it at all costs. Live below your means, Keep an emergency fund. Or if your struggling, Sell some items to pay your bills.
