All he has to do is comply.. so unflag and give him a chance, dont be like him. Also he might be a dick but what he does could never possibly affect you. Do you realize how many new steemers he is discouraging by doing what he does and you flagging posts that try to do something about him is just supporting him. So try to help fix the problem and not support it. The admins aren't banning him and us little guys are tired of working our asses off on posts just for him to flag them and remove any possible rewards we could hope to see from them.
