Here is a question you should ask yourself:
Over the past years or months, what accomplishment or achievement satisfying you the most? Which part of life you think you have 'won' so far?
Can you quickly identify your successes? Or are you thinking nothing and have an empty mind - 'I didn't achieve anything yet.'
If it's the latter, try to sit down and think a litter harder. You will find there is something - may be a small win, a forgotten achievement, or a success you've passed over because you have focused on what you lost or failed.
It's is the appreciative inquiry to help approaching a change with a positive mindset.
Appreciative inquiry is to ask questions to uncover what is working well in your life - which the answer will help to explore future possibilities - to dream bigger for a brighter future.
We are too often to focus on problems, worries or challenges in life and somedays they overwhelm and sink you. Stay positive, focus on the wins, successes and your mood will lift, as well as your mind will open to new possibilities. And your motivation grows.
Appreciate yourself every day and you will board the positive spiral toward a flourishing life :)
