Majority of the world suffer from this DISEASES. They do a lot blaming and it is quite sad. I happen to have lived with such people growing up. Anytime the kids needed toys, they would say it wasn’t important or they couldn’t afford. Occasions, such as birthdays could pass by just like any other day and no one (Parent) would care all in the name of “we have bills to pay and all that”.
Another pathetic situation of them all is when Medical problems arise and all they can think of is pray and hope for the best rather than visit the hospital for treatment. Medical check-ups are a no-go zone. All in the name of “It is too expensive”.
Worst of them all is when the kids tend to internalize these acts and accept it as the norm. Since financial education and personal development isn’t taught in schools, nothing really changes no matter how much they spend in classrooms. Kids like these if not for an intervention of an event that will trigger the need for a new way of life, they too will probably die poor and their kids will also follow the same trend.
Living life this way makes it unbelievably difficult. Since they practically leave paycheck to paycheck, they always have to seek loans to supplement their incomes. They end up seeing every problem as a money problem and ultimately, they end up hating the financially liberates.
