This is the look on my face when I just hit 500 followers on Steemit! Wow can you believe it?
I still remember the first time I heard about Steemit, well obviously lol it was less than 6 months ago! I was in Seminuk Bali sitting with some friends and @Michaelvagas started explaining the whole concept of Steemit to me. The whole thing sounded so complex but so intriguing that I actually decided to sign up right then and there!
I has been almost 5 months and I have really enjoyed my time here thus far. I find myself thinking about Steemit on the daily now and wondering how certain people are doing, and what they are up to. Contemplating Steemfest next year, wouldn't it be fun to meet all these people in real life? So cool.
Plus I have read loads of interesting articles all full of loving supportive comments. We are like a collective consciousness that is positive and uplifting and who grows through the insight from within itself. This really is an amazing community that we all belong to. I am excited to say we are all a part of the internet that is making the world a better place.
